Why we give.
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

Give In Person
At Calvary, we do not “pass the plate” nor are we opposed to those who do. We simply do not want anyone to feel compelled or pressured to give to the ministry. We want to encourage cheerful giving so we provide the opportunity to give in a tithe and offerings box in the rear of the sanctuary.
“You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.”
